This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the DiscDog: Vinyl&CD mobile application ("Application"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Application, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
DiscDog: Vinyl&CD allows users to explore music releases and manage personal collections such as favorite vinyl or CD releases. The Application may allow users to create accounts, sign in, and store favorite items associated with their account.

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the Application will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Users may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting the developer.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
The Application may collect limited user information such as email address and preferred name to manage user accounts and store favorites.
